Group Entities
How Advocap Is Structured
Advocap operates as an integrated group rather than a single company. A Cyprus holding company sits at the head of the structure, owning the Luxembourg vehicle that issues the investment and the UK company that provides the group’s services and staff. Each entity has a clear, separate role — giving investors a transparent view of how the group is built.
The Companies in the Group
Each company has a distinct role — from holding the group, to issuing the investment, to supporting the structure behind it.

Cyprus · Holding company
Sits at the head of the group and holds the shares in Advocap Management Sàrl and Advocap Services Ltd.

Luxembourg · Issuing vehicle (SPV)
Raises investment from high-net-worth individuals and institutions - lending it to law firms to fund bulk litigation claims. Issues redeemable, interest-bearing loan notes.

UK · Group services · employer
Provides administrative services to Advocap Management Sàrl and Advocap Inc, and employs the staff working across the group.
One Integrated Structure
Advocap Inc Ltd owns and oversees the group. Advocap Management Sàrl issues the investment and funds the claims. Advocap Services Ltd supports the whole structure with administration and staff. Three roles, one group.
